Our Story
Hope Health Care was founded by a dedicated nurse with over 15 years of experience in nursing and aged care, alongside a skilled mental health clinician and psychological counsellor. After years of working in care facilities, they were inspired to create a service that delivers high-quality, in-home care, helping clients maintain their dignity and independence.
Combining expertise in clinical nursing practice and psychosocial support, they envisioned a holistic approach to care that addresses both the physical and emotional challenges of aging and disability. With this mission, Hope Health Care was born—to provide compassionate, reliable support and give hope to those who wish to stay in the comfort of their own homes.
